Roger helped advance firearms training for federal agents by helping to develop and teach an Intermediate and Advanced Tactical Handgun course for 5 years at the Federal Law Enforcement Academy, in Glynco, GA.

Upon leaving federal service in 1998, Roger established Specialty Firearms Training.

In developing SFT, Roger offers the general public an opportunity to receive the same high quality firearms training that our top law enforcement agencies receive.

Roger attends an average of 30 days per year of advanced training to ensure that Specialty Firearms Training remains on the cutting edge of firearm training technology.
